Lars Van De Goor: Top Forest Photography

Lars Van De Goor is a nature photographer from Netherlands. He specialises in forest photography, showing the colours of the forests and the sun rays in the canopy. He bought his first camera in 2007 and four years later he was nominated for the 2010 Hasselblad Masters Award, one of the prestigious awards in world of photography.

Even though he uses technology to a level, the photographer says “composition and emotion of the image is the most important.”  He is motivated by the compliments “when people doubt whether the sun-rays or the endless tree-lined avenues in my photos are for real”
